Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We charge a flat rate shipping of $6.95 for all orders in the United States. All orders over $100 we ship for FREE!

We utilize USPS for our shipping. USPS delivers in 1-3 business mail but is not guaranteed. Orders to non-contiguous states maybe longer.

Canadian Shipping

We charge a flat rate shipping of $10.00 for all orders in Canada.

We utilize international mail which typically takes 2-4 weeks but is not guaranteed. Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

International Shipping

We charge the following flat rates for international orders:

• Less than $100----$25 flat rate
• $100-$200---$35 flat rate
• More than $200---$40

We utilize international mail which typically takes 2-4 weeks but is not guaranteed. Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Combining or changing orders

We can only combine or change orders if contacted within 1 hour of the original order. We start to get orders processed right away regardless of time or day placed.

Missing or damaged Items

Most of our products are not able to be damaged, however, if you order something that is damaged you can return it. If your order is incorrect or missing part please contact us within 30 days so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace, reship, or refund if we are not notified within those 30 days.

Returns

We accept returns for a store credit within 30 days of purchase with the exception of books and patterns due to copyright laws. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. Please contact us before returning so we can expedite your process (1-870-972-5543). All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be processed for a credit. Store credit will be applied once returns have been received and processed, Send all returns to:
